BULB not paying account Money back

I closed my account in October/November and am still awaiting payment of my account balance,
any idea who/when this will happen account STILL showing " Account Closing" this is not very good/professional CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

Official complaints form(bottom of this page) citizens advice, not mandatory but may be helpfull.
Energy ombudsman if not resolved within eight(8) weeks, at the very least you should receive some compensation for lateness

If they do not credit you within 10 working days you are entitled to compensation
