Bulb swapping day & night readings - no resolution

Well Bulb - you haven’t resolved the mess you’ve created with my readings but at least I’ve had a response from you after my post on Trustpilot. Seems that is the place you prefer to do business. Have emailed you at feedback@bulb, waiting to see if you will now correct your mistakes - note that since I joined in Jan 2019 you have managed to swap readings round 8 times and you have now estimated Jan 2020 despite my giving readings & photo.
