So I’m not quite sure how it all seems to work. I have £96 credit in my account because of referrals, but bulb still takes money from me as a direct debit, I assumed they would just use credit from the ‘wallet’ but it’s not the case. So what happens with the credit in my account?
You can leave it there or ask Bulb to transfer it to your account.
@Marshall- Even if your account is in enough credit to cover your next payment the payment won’t automatically be stopped or reduced.
As long as we have up to date meter readings we can either refund you the excess credit on your account (as we take payments in advance we require one months payment as credit at all times) or we can pause your payments
