Bulb won't install Smart meters

Good morning,

We are getting 8kw of solar panels installed to help deal with energy issues we have, and as part of this we want to payback into the grid.

However, Bulb won’t seem to install Smart meters. My electric meter is 2.4m off the ground, and our gas meter is in a plastic box out the front of the garage less than 10m away. I would attach some photos but apparently I’m not allowed to as a new member.

What are my options with this? I can’t seem to change provider at the moment, and Bulb just won’t answer my emails when I try to find out.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulty you’ve had getting smart meters installed in your property. I can see you have sent in a photo of your electricity meter. I have sent you an email in response to this, when you get a moment could you please respond to this email and I’ll raise this with our metering team to look at how best to book this metering job in for you.
