No, I’m sorry I can’t do that. I’m just another customer. You’ll need to ask Bulb for help with that. Contact details are available from the “Help” pages linked at the top.
Thanks for getting in touch. Once the switch has gone ahead if you have a credit meter, the £50 will be added to your bulb account straight away. If you then get in touch with us we can request a refund straight into your bank account for you.
If you have a prepayment meter, once the switch has gone ahead and you have made a top up, we’ll send you a transferwise link which which transfer the £50 into your bank account.
If you do ever want a refund just get in touch like @Hooloovoo said and we can get that sorted for you. I’ve sent you a message so I can try get this sorted for you.
