Thanks for getting in touch. Once the switch has gone ahead if you have a credit meter, the £50 will be added to your bulb account straight away. If you then get in touch with us we can request a refund straight into your bank account for you.

If you have a prepayment meter, once the switch has gone ahead and you have made a top up, we’ll send you a transferwise link which which transfer the £50 into your bank account.

If you do ever want a refund just get in touch like @Hooloovoo said and we can get that sorted for you. :slight_smile: I’ve sent you a message so I can try get this sorted for you.
