Can I have my credit back please

As you’ve charged me twice this month, I am now short of money. Could I claim my credit back please as I’m struggling to juggle payments as it is, without 2 payments going out of my account in less than two weeks. Thank you

As another customer I find it very odd that Bulb have taken two payments in less than two weeks. Only one payment normally would be taken to align with your statement date.
