Is it possible to have the last two referral amounts credited back to my current account?
My account was in credit prior to the referrals.
Is there a specific email address I need to email with My details?

It’s certainly possible - see https://community.bulb.co.uk/discussion/6700/how-can-i-request-a-refund and https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115003394031 . Just ensure you’ve supplied a recent meter reading and then email Bulb at email@example.com requesting the refund.
