Can I keep my smart meter when I switch to Bulb?

I am considering switching from EDF and at the moment Bulb is top of my list. Is it possible to switch bearing in mind that EDF have installed a smart meter? I see on your website that you say it is possible but will it be necessary to change the smart meter that I have at present? My second question is; Is it possible to contact you by phone.
