Can I locate smart meter readings beyond 7 days?

I keep a record of the energy cost readings on my display device, in a spreadsheet. Have 2 questions :slight_smile:

  1. Can I recover any costs from beyond 7 days?

  2. why are these readings never the same as I am actually billed? Close but never exact.

You can view your historical meter readings in your Bulb Account on the usage tab, however let us know if you need any assistance with this.

In regards to the readings on your bill, the readings do look correct and correlate with your smart meter. Are you looking at your IHD? Where are you finding the discrepancies ?
