I have just switched to bulb and my direct debit has been set at £280 but I was paying £97 with my previous supplier and still stayed in credit. Can you please reduce my direct debit to £100 please

I have set your payments to £100 but please try to keep an eye on the account to ensure that £100 is enough to cover your bills.
