Ive recently moved house which is being supplied by British Gas. We appear to have a smart meter which is proving difficult to switch to any of the providers we want to use. Is it possible to switch to Bulb and get a new meter installed?
My understanding is that you can stay with that meter - it won’t affect the readings. You’ll just have to read the meter manually from now on - as I do with my former EDF smart meters.
