Can I switch during the battery trial period?

Hi there,

Having contacted bulb a month ago, having been told someone would get back to me and still waiting, I thought id ask here.

I took up the solar battery trial with bulb last year which takes info about usage from a separate bulb app during the first year. Am I able to switch providers during this time? Would I be penalised? Thanks

Icf blub have one redeeming feature it’s the fact that they don’t charge EXIT fees

Thanks for your response, I know as standard they don’t charge exit fees but as I paid a significantly reduced amount for my solar battery by agreeing to take part in the trial it was this area I wasn’t sure whether I’d be penalised in. It doesn’t say in the terms and conditions unfortunately

If it’s not mentioned in the T’s & C’s unlikely they can penalise you
