Can not even supply a meter readings

I have been with Bulb and using smart meter readings fine, up until after Xmas when their system went haywire.
When I look at last meter readings my last electricity meter reading is December and when I go to provide meter readings I get 3 lines!!! I written to customer services 2 weeks ago and still have go even a reply.

Call them. There have been similar problems raised on here - just today. This can be resolved quickly by a call. R-
