Hi, today I got an email from Bulb offering me a smart meter, but I had one installed by Scottish Power (right before switching) around a month ago. How do I get Bulb to take readings from this smart meter?
Hello, if we’ve offered you a smart meter it sounds like we didn’t know you’ve already got one. This could be because Scottish Power didn’t update your details in the national database after the installation. Could you email your details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into this for you.
