Can’t access account!

I just joined Bulb a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been unable to access my account online since joining. I was emailing with a customer support person who told me they had fixed it and I could now access my account, tried it and couldn’t and now even my emails are not being answered!! Not a great start to being with the company! Anyone else had problems with their account or getting things sorted? Just wondering if I should stick it out or look elsewhere?
