When I request a smart meter I get a message about not having the setup for my property. This means I can’t have the EV tariff. What is behind this? How long will I have to wait? Can I solve it by changing supplier?
Sorry you have been left waiting for a smart install. Currently based on your setup we cannot fit one for you right now. To confirm you are listed as having a larger supply point also known as three phase. Bulb do not offer 3 phase smart meters at the moment. There will eventually be plans to have these but we do not have an exact timeframe right now.
Other suppliers may offer these but its worth asking ahead of a potential switch across.
