I can’t ever log into my account on the website. It always tells me “we’re having trouble finding your account”. I then have to enter all my details and confirm I have access to my email address, but when I hit the confirmation link I still get sent back to the “we’re having trouble” page. The app has been under maintenance for weeks now, too, so I have no way to access my tariff details or anything. Is there a way to fix this? It’s frustrating and not user friendly at all.

I’m really sorry for the delay in getting our response back to you.
I have tried to locate your account via your email address and had some difficulty, so there may be an issue on our system not having all your information completely up to date. I’ve sent you an email so when you can please respond directly to this and I’ll take a look for you.
