Can’t log on

Really fed up. I just moved to Bulb, I can’t log on, I can’t re-set my password. I know I enter the correct details. If I ask to reset then it says my account is not recognised. I can log onto the app but it flashes my name and shuts down- repeatedly. I can’t give a meter reading - do I have to change provider yet again??? I see from this trail this is an on going issue. Please advise.

I don’t use the App so can’t advise regarding this use, but are having the same problem if you try logging in via the Web?
