For some reason, when I receive a bill it says for electric reading taken but never for gas. My last gas estimate according to you 1804. I have just checked now and it 1705.
Considering the two units are next to me it is awfully convient that you don’t take the reading, now I know why. You have been stealing money off knowing the reading was much lower than your estimate.
Can someone get in touch with me to rectify this as soon as possible.
