We have just switched to bulb from Scottish Power. We have a 2nd generation smart meter which was installed by Scottish Power. Can we use this with Bulb or will we have to request a smart meter from yourselves?
I have a smart meter which was installed by my last provider; and I use it and send in my readings with no problem.
@janderson at the moment your meter won’t be working as a smart meter with us. We are still finalising the software side of things but when we do roll out our smart meters in mid 2018 then it will be good to go smart
@janderson, out of interest, what model is your smart meter and what kind of in home display did you receive with it?
