Hi i have sent my meter readings over to email@example.com to cancel my account. do i need to do anything else?
Sorry to hear you’re leaving Bulb, I hope your new provider is better for you. If you’ve sent off your final meter reading after switching over from Bulb then they should handle it from there.

HI there @james1984 have you told us that you’re moving out/switching away? Either by clicking on the ‘move out’ button in your bulb account, or by emailing or calling us? If so then you’re all set, otherwise just let us know the date you moved out/switched away (you could email firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll get that sorted out. @Piekos if you’d like to cancel your switch you can do so by clicking the ‘cancel my switch’ button in your bulb account.
