Cancel Agreement

Hi there,

We’ve moved flats and with the new flat our new flatmate has organised energy with another provider. I couldn’t find where to cancel on your website. How can I cancel the account? Is it possible to do this online? Is it possible to have this cancelled before the next debit payment please?

Hi @amadisecharte all we need is to confirm the last date you are responsible for the previous property and any final meter readings you took before you left.
