Cancel contract

Hi there,

I’m moving out of my flat and would like to cancel my contract with bulb, effective 14th August 2018. My new tenancy has a fixed provider with a different energy company so am unable to switch. Please could you advise on how to do this?


Hey Julia. Great question! On your online account, in the top right-hand corner, there is a “moving home tool”. We’ll simply ask you for the date you’re moving and then we’ll be in touch for final meter readings closer to the time.

If you did want to leave that fixed contract and switch your new place to Bulb, we’d pay your exit fees!
