Thanks for letting us know you’d like to cancel your switch to Bulb.

As you are within the 14-day cooling off period we can withdraw your request to switch.

Please note, that if you are still planning on switching your energy supplier, we advise that you wait for at least one week to ensure that the cancellation has been fully processed.

We have requested the cancellation of your switch. Your energy supply will remain with your existing supplier and you will not be charged by Bulb.
