Cancel my switch

I thought I had already cancelled my switch but you have sent me an email to say it is going through. I wish to stay with SSE. Please cancel and confirm you have done so.

You have posted to a customer Community forum best if you contact the Bulb team direct, their contact details are on the bottom of the Help page.

Did you think you cancelled your switch within the first 14 days (cooling off period) of joining Bulb as this has a bearing if the switch was actually cancelled in time.
