I’m in the 14 day cooling off period and wanting to cancel the switch over, every time I click where it says to click to cancel it, I get redirected to here? Please can this issue be sorted or please can you just cancel the switch over.
why do you want to switch over,isnt Bulb considered to be the best? i consider switching to Bulb from Utilita?

Thanks for letting us know that you want to cancel your switch. We withdrew your supply back on the 15th November, and we’ve since received confirmation that the switch won’t be going ahead.
We’ve also closed down your Bulb Account, hence why you’re no longer able to log in.
