I’m in the 14 day cooling off period and wanting to cancel the switch over, every time I click where it says to click to cancel it, I get redirected to here? Please can this issue be sorted or please can you just cancel the switch over.

From looking at the email address linked to your Community account, I can see that we withdrew your switch to Bulb on the 14th August. This is why you’re no longer able to log into your Bulb Account.
