You’ll need to phone up one of the two suppliers involved and give the instruction to cancel. Bulb staff don’t read this forum very much and your request will not be actioned from here.

Yes i will in the morning thank u…but what i ment is i had a email sayin i was half way threw my switch and if i wanted to cancel to go to my bulb account…which i have but cant find nothin. Thanks for ur reply and will rimg them in the morning x
Yes that’s a 2+ year old bug that Bulb still haven’t fixed for some reason.
