Cancel Switch?


I need to cancel, or at least postpone, my switch to Bulb.

Can this be done?


Hey @david9979. If you would still like to delay your switch we would need to withdraw our request to take over your supply. You would then need to complete our online form again at a later date. This is because once you sign up with us, it starts a three-week automated process in our system. Unfortunately, we can only stop the process not delay it.

Every new Bulb member has a 2-week cooling off period after they sign up during which they can cancel the switch.

Your cooling off period finishes at the end of 17 August, so please let us know if you’d like to cancel before then.
