cancel switch

i’min the 14 day cooling off period of switching to bulb and wish to cancel, thanks

We’re sorry to hear that you’re leaving us but as you are within your cooling off period we have cancelled your switch.

You’ll stay with your old supplier and won’t be charged by Bulb.

We recommend that you a wait a week before registering with a new supplier to make sure that the cancellation has been fully processed.
