Cancel switch

Hi

Can I request my switch be cancelled. I am unable to login to my account to do this myself. Also how long will it take to cancel?

Hi @DaniB if you’re within two weeks of the start of your switch, you can cancel it by giving us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, or dropping us an email at help@bulb.co.uk. It takes about a week for the cancellation to go through. I hope that helps!
