Cancel Switch

I have just tried to cancel my switch due to inconvenient dates, but all I get when clicking the button is a green spinning circle, but no confirmation.
If your technology is not up to this, how can I be sure it can handle correct billing ?
Please confirm by email that my switch has been cancelled

Sorry to hear you are having problems cancelling your switch - it’ll be best to contact Bulb directly at or 0300 30 30 635 (see ) as this isn’t something we fellow fellow Bulb customers/members can help with.
