Cancellation

Hi, my Girlfriend I have sold our home and are moving out on Friday, 15 September. We will be moving to stay parents for a few months whilst waiting to move to a new home. How to I go about cancelling Bulb? Once we have a moving in date I’m sure we will back in touch to rejoin Bulb.

Hi @andrew4! Thanks for getting in touch. On Friday if you could just give us a call with your final meter reads we can use these to close your account. We’ll then send out a final bill showing your account balance. From there, we can refund any account credit remaining.
