Cancellation

Good Morning Bulb,

I would like to immediately cancel my switch, as of 25th October I have put a switch request in, then to be sent my starter email detailing exact prices. giving that Standing Charges, Electric and Gas are all more expensive I cannot see how your company are going to be cheaper…

As I’m requesting the cancellation within the 14 day cooling off period, can you confirm this is acceptable.

Please advise me when this request has been completed and cancelled.
