You can’t help some people. I have just switched to bulb. No problems all. Some people regrettably think that because someone is in customer service they can be rude.
I switched to Bulb with no problems at all. In fact i wished i did it sooner. Customer Service, you cannot ask for a better bunch of people, more than helpful and polite.
