I cancelled to switch to Bulb during the 14 day cooking off period however you have taken 2 payments from my bank account. 1 on the 6th June and another on the 8th July. I have sent numerous emails and have tried (unsuccessfully) to speak to someone on the telephone. I need this to be rectified as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear of the problems - when/how did you send cancellation notice of the switch to Bulb? By sounds of things, they might not have received it. Have you tried emailing or catching them on live chat at ?
