Husband cancelled our direct debit in error… can’t find the details I need to set up a new one…next payment is due on 20th and I can’t get to my bank as I’m working…any ideas
There are ways to edit payment details on the mobile website, the app and desktop website. Sign in your account on the website.
Under the payments/ statements area, fill in your bank acc and sort code and you’re away. You can even change the date if you need.
