Cancelled supply

I recently set up account with EDF and then cancelled as crap trustpilot reviews. I got an email saying EDF cancelled. I set up with Bulb and recieved a message "sorry we can’t supply you as you’re with someone else ".Now I can’t get to log into Bulb and I can’t phone a real person to talk about it. Do I just wait 5 days for an email reply

I don’t understand why you can’t telephone Bulb, are you able to elaborate?
