Cancelling Bulb and Refund

Hi there,

I’ve had some trouble with my old provider and they won’t let me switch until I resolve some bill issues.

I set up an automatic payment of 75 pounds monthly to pay for gas and electricity to Bulb. Seeing as I am not receiving gas or electricity from you can I get this money refunded back into my account?

@henry1373 I’ve refunded the first payment and cancelled your account. Sorry we hadn’t done this automatically – our billing system should have, but it got confused regarding the status of your gas.
