Trying to cancel my SmartMeter installation for tomorrow. No option on the online account, Chat not accepting chat, Phones too busy - no incoming calls. Will now be charged £30 and the engineer’s time will be wasted. Just had a second increase in 6 months…time to move on I think. Shocking Customer Service
