UPDATE: the below was solved by someone in the live chat.
Hi, I tried switching to bulb from npower but they objected. I tried to restart the switch but that failed agian, so my switch was cancelled. At this point, my dashboard was no longer available.
I talked to npower and they said the objection was removed. So I went through the signup process to bulb again, with the same email address as before. Everything went ok and I got confirmation emails. However When I go to my account now, I only see a “Go to Community” button. Even the urls from the emails don’t work. In the app I see “Oops, we can’t find your account. Please use the address that we send emails to.”
