Cannot access my dashboard to submit readings

This is the screen that i see when I try to access my dashboard, is there a particular reason why I can’t check any other details?

Click on the Bulb logo and then the sign in button, enter email and password, that should do it.

I have the same issue. Would like to know how to get this sorted. Have emailed bulb but not heard back

It just refreshes the page when I click the Bulb logo, if I go to "sign in with a different account" it will bring me back to the same page.

It brings me to an identical page but under a different url.
