Cannot access new account

I have just closed my account with Bulb because I am moving house. I have also signed up to Bulb at my new address. I have used the same email address for both accounts but used different passwords. I can access the account that I’m closing but if I try to get an update on the hew account which hasn’t been completed yet it won’t let me in. Suspect it’s because I’ve used the same email address. How can I resolve? Thanks
