I have moved house and after a short break have returned to Bulb. I keep getting alerts to enter my first meter reading but when I log into my account it says it is closed and still shows my old address. How do I get my account reactivated and the address updated? I have tried responding to emails and contacting support but have received no response. My initial read is 28810.
@Chewy I have just checked now and it looks like the online account is linked properly. Are you able to check and let me know if it not updated for you?
