Cannot read gas meter

It seems to me that the electronic display on my gas meter is broken - it lights up but doesn’t show the reading despite following the instructions (Press A until the reading shows). I do remember it being a very faint display when I last did the reading. Who do I need to contact for this to be remedied?



Hi @phillyd, you’re right in contacting Bulb as they will be able to replace the faulty meter/meter battery for you.

If you don’t get a direct response here from them tomorrow then I’d suggest just giving them a ring (0300 30 30 635)
