Cannot receive Gas meter reading

I have just joined Bulb and have both electric and gas smart meters installed last Friday.
Electric reading is fine but I cannot receive Gas reading at all.
Anyone can help?

I’m sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had. It looks like we we’re unable to commision the gas meter at the time of the installation.

I can see that you have an open complaint now with my colleague Daniel. I can see that he has escalated your case to the smart team to see if we can organise a remote fix. This should be sorted for you soon.
