Cannot Submit Electric Reading

Hi, I called on the 13th June regarding an issue where my electric meter submissions are not appearing on my account. The person I spoke to on the phone said he had sorted the issue, however, I am still unable to see any of my readings. The reading looks to be accepted on the app but not showing on my account. My gas readings are appearing as normal.

@ericharden The readings should be showing on your account. If you are still not able to see them could you send a screenshot to help@bulb.co.uk and we can take a further look into it.
