Cannot submit meter reading?

2 days ago, I received the reminding email. But I could not submit meters both on my phone or PC-web. Is it an IT technical issue on bulb web?

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

Update: still not accessible to data submission.

We are sorry there has been an issue uploading your meter reads.

I am just looking into this on your account and will update you when we find a solution.

In the meantime you can let me know your meter reads here or send me a private message and I can upload them for you.
