I used to be with Bulb, left and come back. I want to change me email back to my old one, but it says it is in use by someone else - yes, ME. How can I do it please?

Contact Bulb via one of their channels, they are best placed to assist you.

Click the Help button and then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

There you will find their on line chat, email address and telephone number.

@Castlebycom If you are signing up to us, as long as you are using the same email address and password it should work and create a new account. Let us know either on here or via email if that isn’t working.
