Hello, I have been with bulb for nearly 12months and in all that time I have only ever been able to download one statement. I flagged this up with your customer service department, and still nothing has changed!??? Why can I not download a statement each month and why do you say I am still in credit?

What precisely do you mean by “can’t download statement”? It sounds like your account has a large amount of credit, meaning that statements are not being produced, as opposed to not being able to download the statements. Could you clarify?
